What is creative leadership and how to apply it? (part 3 of leadership series)

We are talking about a different aspect in our leadership hub series from strategic management. When it comes to creativity we have many different things in mind like imagination, out of the box thinking, innovative ideas and more. We need to think creatively, but when it comes to job for a leader, it’s pretty hard. Here are some easy way to become a creative leader that leads to success and profit. After you read this, your organization will love you for your work and honour your for it. 

1. When there are problems, there are even more opportunities. Make sure you are in alignment with these words. Don’t think that you are the one who has all the problems. Every leader has them. But, efficient leaders know that problems are for helping you get to the point of honour than just mere problems. Problems are opportunities you should use to show off your creativity and impress upon people’s mind that you are worth them.

2. Think ‘What can I do to change this?’: This would be the first step to become creative. Ask yourself just one question and you will boost your leadership skills. When you say ‘What can I do?’, you will create an answering environment that starts searching for solution on your aspects of thinking. Just one simple question you will have even more things to consider and understand.

3. Cross your imagination, there is no limit. Start imagining your actions. What you can do to make it a more powerful place to be around. What you can do to make you more enriching as a leader so that people will follow. Cross your imagination finding the solutions and you will get answers.

4. Teach your followers creativity: Leader is just a macro version of it’s followers. He is just a mirror of what real followers are. While on the other hand, if followers are driving the leader, then the followers have a leader. So, make sure you teach them creativity. Tell them how they can change they was we perceive things with their imagination and thinking.
