Steps to become a leader, and prove it before your wife

Everyone wants to become a leader. Though people keep saying that they don’t want power and that they are happy with what they have are liars or in deadly depression. Everyone wants to become a leader (and prove it before her husband or wife). I won’t be talking about silly ways people talk about to become leader. The steps described here are perfect and clinically tested (yes, I mean it!) This is a strategic management concept.

I have studied about leadership since I was in class 12^th. It told me what a leader can do and how a leader is important for business success. It also made me mug up why a leader is prominent and how leaders work to roll the dice of success in the business, but it never taught me what it takes to become a powerful leader?

1) Win Confidence: The first step to becoming a leader is to win the confidence of your followers. Do everything you can do so that they start putting faith in you. Make them understand that you can do it for which you will need to take up courageous acts, bold steps and make unexpected endings.

2) Don’t try to stay that good! Never make people feel that you are a very polite person and won’t answer their offences strictly. Always keep a demon hiding inside you and show it out whenever you get a chance. Otherwise, stay as good as a butterfly.

3) Keep a two way answering machine inside you. Never every be monotonous. Always show your other part of personality when possible. Do what’s needed to do at that point of time. When you need to show love, do it. But, when someone shows hatred, don’t step back showing love. Hate them and Kill them.

4) Always show people that you have enemies (but make them your friends): A person is great on the basis of his power. You can judge a person’s strength from his enemies. The bigger the enemy, the greater the person’s strength is. Even if you don’t have enemies, show them that you do.

5) Become a hero! A leader is not a usual person who roams around. A leader is a hero. He can do everything he is assigned and completes it. A leader is not interested in anything except leadership for which, he does everything so perfectly that only he qualifies to become the leader of the tribe.

6) Nothing is good or bad, our thinking makes it so. Shakespeare was so right! Neither leadership is good, not it is bad. The way you organize yourself will decide what it is. Even if you don’t hurt anyone, making people understand that you can hurt will solve many of your problems.

Though, I read much about Dale Carnegie and his book ‘How to win friends and influence people’ I found that in today’s world, they still do work, but there are things you need over and above them to back up for the real presence for yourself. The above tips will add to solve the problem.
