1. Stop criticizing: When you criticize someone, you create an environment of oppositions. And you want people to follow you. So, the first step leadership it stopping your critical words. They aren’t helping you anywhere, so why use them? Instead start flowing with others. Make others feel loved and used to you.
2. Start following a leader: History proves that the greatest leaders started as followers. So, that ultimate way to leadership is to follow someone. Look at him. Observe what he is doing and how. If you find him doing something wrong, you can take a lesson from him and if he does right things, you can learn those.
3. Search for opportunities: Opportunities don’t come every time. Just make sure you don’t let go any one that comes around. Make sure your opportunity is used and materialized. Tell people that you are worth becoming their leader.
4. Think twice before you say something: Every word you speak is making an impression. So, speak useful and things that are helping people some way or the other. When people will find that you are worth asking questions they will be more dependable on you than anyone else. This is pretty cool idea and I use this almost everywhere.
5. Help them in anyway: No matter what you have to do. But, if your aim is to become a leader, you have to make this possible. Help them anyway. Do anything you can to help them. This will product a good short impression about you and make them dependable to your leadership.
